Office hours vary with Dr. Smith’s other commitments and teaching schedule. If you do not see a time on the patient portal that works for you, just contact us through the patient portal or via text/phone with some times and dates that are good for you. She will do her best to accommodate your schedule. All you have to do is ask. Really.

Insurance and Functional Medicine Pricing

Dr. Smith does not take insurance payments but will gladly provide you with a superbill (receipt with payment, diagnostic codes, and treatment codes) for submission to your insurance company. You can use your HSA/FSA to pay for services and testing.

The cost for functional medicine testing is primarily determined by the company creating the test, providing the test kit, and running the test. They set their own prices. Dr. Smith does mark up the cost of the test a small amount to cover the cost of her time for ordering, interpreting, and preparing the test results for discussion with you. If you have any questions about this, we are happy to transparently explain the details to you. Some functional medicine testing is eligible for insurance reimbursement. You just have to check with your insurance company.

Transparent Pricing

  • Initial consult for new patients (never before seen): $515
    • 2 hours visit + 30 min to review forms + 30 min to create plan
  • Returning consult for previous patients (>1 year since last seen): $325
    • 60 min visit + 15 min to review forms + 30 min to create plan
  • Review of findings session for functional medicine: $430
    • 60 min visit + 60 min to review tests + 30 min to create plan
  • Follow up visits for functional medicine: $155
    • 20 min visit + 20 min to revise plan
  • Acupuncture and Manual Manipulation visits: $155
    • 20 min treatment + 30 min rest with needles in place + revise plan

Standard Package: $3,695

This is ideal for people who want to dig into the root causes of their health concerns. Visits are flexible and can be used for acupuncture, manual manipulation, laser therapies, and follow up conversations about any aspects of the comprehensive plan presented at the review of findings visit.

Open to new or returning patients. Expires 1 year from purchase date. Testing can be adjusted based on your health concerns.

Office visits

  • 1 two-hour comprehensive appointment (discuss digestion, supplements, sleep, exercise, food choices, etc., decide on labs to order, and create initial plan)
  • 1 review of findings visit (review testing, create detailed plan)
  • 6 acupuncture visits or follow-up visits to use at any time during the year
  • All visits can be done via telehealth or in person.

Functional medicine testing

  • Organic acid test
  • Mold and mycotoxin testing
  • One-day or two-day stool test
  • Food allergy and sensitivity test

Platinum Package: $5,455

For people who want a deep dive and a comprehensive look into all aspects of their body’s functioning and systems with a particular focus on digestive issues, microbiome analysis, and stress. Visits are flexible and can be used for acupuncture, manual manipulation, laser therapies, and follow up conversations about any aspects of the comprehensive plan presented at the review of findings visit.

Open to new or returning patients. Expires 1 year from purchase date. Testing can be adjusted based on your health concerns.

Acupuncture Membership: $255/month

Commit to your health by coming for acupuncture, manual manipulation, or integrative medicine visits twice a month, each month for a discounted rate! $55 savings each month!

Open to return patients only. Visits are automatically billed at a discounted rate each month. Minimum 4 month commitment.

Office visits
